The ZGV Ball float traps with rolling ball valve and Duplex control (thermostatic bellows for automatic air-venting) for draining large condensate flowrates from steam systems. With Simplex control (without bellows) and hand-vent valve for the discharge of cold condensate or distillates and for draining superheated steam, gas or compressed-air lines. Which is designed for both horizontal and vertical lines installation, Body with flanged cover. After removing the cover the control unit is easily accessible without removing the trap from the line. Float lifting lever & Sightglass cover can be also available upon specific request

For most ZGV Free float traps, a unique grinding process virtually eliminates the welding seam, finishing the float to be almost perfectly spherical. These floats have unmatched sealing performance with the valve seat to prevent steam losses, and they are further designed for servere service operation. Even at a very high presssure, they can also provide excellent durability and resistance to water hammer, ensuring long and reliable operation.
