The machining is carried out with the latest type equipment to the most up-to-date methods. All products from Vatac are constantly tested and inspected to ensure that related Int'l standards and tolerances are strictly complied with. Each piece valve from ZGV is well inspected before delivery covering Material Analysis, PMI, Hardness, Wall Thickness, and Hydraulic Tests.
Moreover, Magnetism Particles, Fire Safe, Cryogenic, High Pressure Gas, Radio-graphic, Micrographic, Charpy Impact and Fugitive Emission Tests etc can be well-done by ZGV Upon Request.
