All products from ZGV are constantly tested and inspected to ensure that related Int'l standards and tolerances are strictly complied with. Vatac's Quality Assurance System is created to guarantee the consistent quality expected at an int'l level. ZGV achieves its quality requirements, in part, by performing its activities in accordance with their Quality Assurance System.
ZGV employed a large number of CNC machines for most of valves fabrications. Each piece valve from ZGV is well inspected before delivery covering Material Analysis, PMI, Hardness, Wall Thickness, and Hydraulic Tests. Moreover, Magnetism Particles, Fire Safe, Cryogenic, High Pressure Gas, Radio-graphic, Micrographic, Charpy Impact and Fugitive Emission Tests etc can be well-done by ZGV Upon Request.
