Double flanged knife gate valve manufactured by Vatac is one product with construction of bolted bonnet, ZGV offers a broad line of Flanged Ends Knife Gates covering Resilient and Metal to Metal, Size ranges from 2” to 60” diameter, pressures in PN6, PN10, PN16, ANSI # Class 125 & Class 150. A broad body and trim materials are selected and fabricated to suit for various service conditions.

ZGV Flanged Knife Gate Valve is built with a cast body and features a heavy-duty stainless steel blade. Removable seats on either side of the gate provide a bi-directional bubble tight seal, with no metal parts in contact with the slurry.
