ZGV offers Grooved or Victaulic butterfly valves in flanged-Grooved, Grooved-Grooved ends connections, Size Ranges from 2" to 12"- 50mm to 300mm, Acutations can be Manual, Pneumatic, Electric, Hydraulic (Counterweight) & Electro-hydraulic; in a broad line of materials of cast iron, ductile iron, stainless steel, duplex to special alloys, suitalbe for a wide range of service mediums from general industrial applications to fire protection and other most severe areas.

ZGV  Victaulic butterfly valves 2" – 12" is rated at pressures up to 300 PSI WOG (2068 kPa), can be both bi-directional and dead-end service capable to full rated pressure. Body material shall be ductile iron with blow-out proof stainless steel stems and electroless nickel coated ductile iron disc. Seat material shall be EPDM (or lubricated Nitrile or fluoroelastomer). Stem seals shall be of the same material as the seats. Disc shall be offset from the centerline of the stems and shall be connected to the stem without the use of fasteners or pins. Valve ends shall be grooved. Valve shall have standard ISO flange mounting for ease of actuation.
